For every child, every right

On 20 November 1989, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the  Convention on the Rights of the Child , a landmark achievement that has since become the world’s most widely ratified human rights treaty. In the 30 years since its adoption, the Convention has helped to transform children’s lives around the world.
