The more we study how the human capital develops, and how you will end the poverty cycle in a population, the more we will get to very interesting concepts, which we were taught by our parents and our grandparents taught them and so on. These concepts show we must build one’s character. Human capital is everything that’s part of the person, all of the experience one is going to be through. What’s human capital? You, I, her... it is the story of everything with been through. For instants, kids who’s genetic potential‘s fully explored, will have capacity that even their parents will be surprise with, and the rest of humanity too. Human capital is the person itself.

The best way to create compassionate hearts is through our families and communities. In front of our children, we have to be role models for compassion in every aspect of our life. Dr. Phan Thi Thu Hien, Head of the Department of Early Childhood Education, HCMC University of Education

Human capital isn't only developed from a formal education it starts during the child's earliest years. When talking about human capital, we're talking about resources our mission is to create profit, if you invest one, you want to get four back.

Assoc. Dr. Tran Huu Duc, Director of Better Living Psychological Training and Consultancy Center

When we talk about Human capital we talk about the capital, our job is to make profit from the capital at least 4 times profitable. We must invest to our children today so that, in the next 20 or 30 years, they can bring value to society. Now, what can parents do? For me I think Human capital contain of three things: health, cognitive knowledge and mental strength.

Dr. Phan Thi Thu Hien, Head of the Department of Early Childhood Education, HCMC University of Education

With health, most parents only care about, a good height and weight for their child but they might not focus on making their child strong, durable, or flexible.

For over 70,000 years, we've been using the human body for climbing, jumping, running, and gathering food. So, being active is just as vital as the child's nutrition.

Dr. Phan Thi Thu Hien, Head of the Department of Early Childhood Education, HCMC University of Education

For cognitive knowledge, It's important that we're taught how to learn. Parents should start sharing the processes of exploring the surrounding world. Don't focus too hard on what the child has learned, focus more on if the child can learn on their own. Nurturing their passion, inspiring curiosity, and urging them toward understanding so that child can continue to learn for the rest of their life. And develop creative thinking from an early age.

Assoc. Dr. Tran Huu Duc, Director of Better Living Psychological Training and Consultancy Center

We encourage them, so that they can form their own opinions and express themselves. Parents don't have to force ideas on the child. Parents must be very patient and listen. Don't tease them if they speak incorrectly. Instead, join with your kids, clap with them, have fun. That's when they're being creative.

Dr. Phan Thi Thu Hien, Head of the Department of Early Childhood Education, HCMC University of Education

But the most vital thing isn't health or intelligence. The most important is the emotional health and morality of each person.

Assoc. Dr. Tran Huu Duc, Director of Better Living Psychological Training and Consultancy Center

Perhaps our morality is our most vital resource it's what helps our society stay caring you can help the child practice distinguishing between good people and bad people is this good or bad behavior? what can you do that makes mom happy? what makes mom sad? Help the child have empathy for the people around them.
