Highlights
Sudan’s 18 states now have draft education sector strategies in place, all with UNICEF support in our unwavering commitment to the right of every child to an education. These strategies are being consolidated into the country’s national strategic plan. In addition, we also supported education strategies on girls, nomadic children, children with disabilities, Alternative Learning Programme strategy and school construction to mainstream Child Friendly School standards for future projects.
