Job aids to help healthcare workers boost vaccine confidence amongst their patients

We have developed a set of job aids to help healthcare workers explain key facts about COVID-19 vaccines to their patients and have meaningful patient-centred conversations, boost vaccine confidence and support the patients in their decision-making process to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
It primarily contains four sections:
- What does the scientific evidence say? – Based on the best available scientific evidence, this section contains factual information on COVID-19 vaccines.
- Frequently asked questions – A list of most often asked questions by the patient along with answers in simple language and an easy-to-understand format.
- Debunking common myths – Common science myths and explaining why they are false facts supported with scientific evidence.
- Tips for interpersonal communication – guidance to have meaningful and sensitive conversations when patients are concerned or hesitant about getting vaccinated against COVID-19.
