UNICEF echoes the appeal of the UN Secretary-General to ensure freedom and security of movement along the Lachin corridor, in line with previous agreements. This is critical to ensure that international obligations to protect children are met.

UNICEF stands ready to work with all parties to take measures to protect and support children impacted by ongoing developments, as needed.

UNICEF remains committed to doing this work in accordance with humanitarian principles.
