Highlights
The overall goal of the 2015-2019 programme of cooperation between the government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and UNICEF is to address inequity so that all children, adolescents and women have access to services necessary to fulfil their rights to survival, development, protection and participation. Contributing to the overall goal, there are six convergent outcomes related to health care, nutrition, water, sanitation and hygiene, education, child protection and social inclusion.
