Study on Intervention Strategies for the Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Child Victims/Survivors

Highlights

This study is jointly conducted by the Council by the Department of Social Welfare and Development-Inter-Agency Council Against Child Pornography (IACACP) and UNICEF with support from the SaferkidsPH programme, and commissioned to Child Frontiers Limited.

The study aims to contribute to the efforts of the Philippine Government in providing trauma-informed therapeutic and child-sensitive care and appropriate interventions for children victim/survivors of online sexual abuse and exploitation of children and ensure their successful rehabilitation and reintegration in society. This study further reinforces the need to strengthen the child protection system as evidenced by the findings and recommendation of the study which will contribute to strengthening the elements of the child protection system.
