National Strategic Framework to End Child Marriage (2017-26)

This National Operational, Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (2020-2021) is part of the Ghana National Strategic Framework to End Child Marriage 2017-2026 developed by the Domestic Violence Secretariat of the Ministry of Gender Children and Social Protection in consultation with other ministries, departments and agencies of the government of Ghana and partners. The first version of this document was developed in 2017 and was applicable for 2017-2019. This is the second version that is applicable to 2020-2021. The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection updated and revised in 2019 in a consultative manner. This operational plan is based on a revised and updated theory of change to address child marriage in Ghana. The theory of change is available at the end of this document.
