2022 District League Table Report

Highlights

The 2022 District League Table (DLT) Report builds on the progress of work accomplished over the last seven editions and provides an assessment of the levels of development across all 261 Metropolises, Municipalities and Districts (MMDs) of Ghana, based on selected indicators from health, nutrition, education, water, sanitation, energy, child protection and governance.

In all, 18 indicators were used for the report. For the first time, birth registration was included as an indicator.

The level of disparities across basic social services in regions and geographical locations calls for more equitable resource allocation, especially as the country draws closer to the Agenda 2030 deadline.
