Highlights
While we have been responding to significant humanitarian needs, we also continued to invest in local, long-term development programming, including scaling up water solarization schemes so that families impacted by drought or conflict will always have access to water which is a lifeline for survival. No matter where they are, or who they are, all children have a right to basic services and UNICEF will continue to reach children in remote areas.
